ECOTESCO was retained by the company to design and implement EHS Management System. This included a way to distribute up-to-date safety documents to the right people in the organization, safety inspections, risk assessments, emergency response planning, training programs, internal audit schedules, compliance registers, PPE Management System and formulation of statutory teams including health and safety committee, fire safety marshals and first aid teams.
